All Orders are Packaged according to weather expectations to arrive to destination in the best possible way where leeches is alive and well.
Please have someone to Receive the shipment and inspect leeches immediately, remove Leeches from shipping container into a jar 1/2 full with a cool filtered water 60 degree Fahrenheit, Cover the jar with a cloth and tie it with a rubber bands. Change Leeches water 3 times weekly by pouring out the old water and replace it with same temperature fresh filtered water.
Do not leave Leeches in a direct Sunlight.

If you order up to 3 items of leech Supplies with your Live Leeches order we will fit it inside the shipping box with No additional Shipping Charges.
Other States, Please email us at Support@halalleeches.com with your info and the amount and Size of Leeches you're looking to buy and we'll email you a PayPal invoice reflecting the cost of leeches and shipping.

Orders Placed till Midnight Eastern Standard Time will be dispatched the Next Shipping Day Excluding Holidays.
For Example order placed Tuesday After Midnight Eastern Standard Time for 2nd day shipping option will dispatch on Following Monday.

In case any issue with your order ( Rare Conditions) - Email us Within 3 hours of your order/Shipment Arrival- Short video, some pics of your leeches ( Spread dead leeches on a Sheet so we can count it ), shipping label photo and detail the issue. You must keep dead leeches refrigerated in a container because UPS need to look at it to start partial refund process.
